Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY:

PLEASE NOTE: standard mail and courier delivery can be impacted by the holiday season.

We ship our production all over the Europe. All the items are being shipped from Lithuania.


Shipping times vary depending on the country:

  • Lithuania 2 - 4 working days (LP EXPRESS).
  • EU countries 6 - 12 working days (via Lithuanian Post).
  • The rest of the world 15 - 30 working days (via Lithuanian Post).

There are times when your order may be delayed due to circumstances such as:

- If an item is not in stock, and is on the way for restocking.

- If we can't provide the item(s) to you in a timely manner, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.


SHIPPING COSTS:

If the total amount of the shopping cart reaches 80 Eur - the delivery is free.

Lithuania:

With LP Express - 2.50 Eur.

Europe:

Standard delivery - 7 Eur.


TRACKING NUMBER:

Once an order is shipped, we will send you tracking information so you can see where your item is at any time. However, delays do sometimes happen - please contact us if it takes really long.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES;

Please be aware that deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and / or taxes.


PACKING:
All order shipments are packed on weekdays (Monday through Friday).


SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We are not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly. If you make a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact us.


PLEASE NOTE: most of our products are limited in quantity and made only once, so some of them cannot be replaced.

Also, there are no refunds or exchanges on made to order items as these orders are individually made just for you.


RETURNS:

We are here to ensure that you enjoy the pieces we created. In case you want to return purchased item, there is a 14 days return policy, just write us an email with your order number and the reason for returning to kamile.dziug@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will refund your purchase amount as long as your item is returned:


- In the original condition that we sent it to you;

- Unworn and with no signs of wear (make up, fake tan or deodorant marks, perfume, etc.);

- Is sent to our address within 14 days of delivery.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


FAULTY ITEMS:

If your items are faulty or defective, you can return them to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 14 days has passed, we may choose to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or defective.

Just please keep in mind that most of our products are limited in quantity and made only once, so some of them cannot be replaced.

REFUNDS:

When we receive the item and successfully check that it is in original condition as stated above your refund will be returned in the same way you made payment i.e. PayPal or VISA card. The refund may take a few days or more from the date it was received and checked, depending on the systems and the banks.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable);
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
